Providers must meet the minimum qualifications guidelines of the chosen model. When qualifications are not prescribed in the model, the following shall be considered minimum qualifications:
Direct worker:
A high School diploma or GED and is at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to use a private car to transport self and others, and must comply with state policy concerning minimum car insurance coverage.
